I inspire vibrant living. Managing diabetes is a full-time job. Taking care to support our physical and emotional well-being is foundational to stable blood glucose levels and essential if you want to THRIVE and SHINE. Life with diabetes offers an opportunity for growth, clarity and to experience the connection between mental and physical well-being. 

My Philosophy

My vision for health is inherently holistic; it spans physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. I have lived with Type 1 diabetes for 34 and 1/2 years; my relationship with my disease has been adversarial at times. Since embracing technological tools from western medicine AND complementary approaches, I THRIVE. I believe we grow, learn, heal and thrive in community. Relationships are the single most important thing of value. Your relationship to SELF is the foundation for optimal well-being.

My Methods

I integrate all aspects of yoga and embrace principles of Ayurveda and use essential oils as tools to support a healthy mindset. My work with clients mirrors my approach to supporting my own well-being. I use a combination of essential oils, therapeutic yoga practices such as breath, movement and meditative techniques to co-create daily rituals to support your evolving needs. We begin by identifying your highest priority and integrate one practice at a time to move toward your goal; practices are simple, effective, and repeatable.


My Goal

My goal is to assist you to become your own greatest health advocate. My intention is to help you find clarity and confidence to identify the tools that support their well-being and to clear the blocks to the purest form of joy that I believe is our innate, natural state.

Essential Oils

Essential oils can be considered “Nature’s medicine.” Many plants generate volatile compounds to protect against predators and other threats such as disease. These compounds, extracted as essential oils, serve the same purpose in our bodies.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga is a state of being in which mental and emotional fluctuations cease. It is a practice and a way of life. There is a yoga path for EVERY BODY. Yoga therapy is a multi-faceted approach to holistic healing. I have achieved advanced study in Therapeutic Yoga and am on the path to becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist.
