Focus that feels fragile. One more meeting or email and your brain goes offline.
Energy that leaks. You get the work done, then crash and restart on Monday.
Self-respect.
You hate the part where urgency runs the show.
Leadership presence.
You want to be the steady one in the room.
You make decisions faster because you're not second-guessing out of exhaustion.
Your mind stays sharp amidst the chaos and you respond with grace when your patience is tested.
At night you still have energy left over for hobbies, date night, and family dinners
We start with pattern recognition. You’ll identify what strains your capacity and what your early signals are.
What You'll Get:
By the end of Week 1, you’ll know your top early signals and have one go-to practice to use before you tip into scattered, frazzled focus.
You’ll learn breath-based practices that bring you back to center fast, especially in real work moments like pre-meeting nerves, inbox overload, and decision fatigue.
What You'll Get:
By the end of Week 2, you'll have a 2–5 minute reset you can use between meetings to stay sharp in meetings, make smart decisions, and respond more gracefully than before.
You’ll learn scent anchors using what you already have (coffee, citrus, spices), with an optional care kit if you want curated samples.
What You'll Get:
By the end of Week 3, you'll have a recovery plan for after intense situations using a breath practice with your chosen scent cue and when to use it.
You’ll build a realistic set of practices you can keep, not a cliché wellness routine that collapses when you hit “go mode.
What You'll Get:
By the end of Week 4, you'll have curated practices to protect your clarity and self-respect while holding it all.
A live session (via Zoom) to close the container, clarify what worked, and leave with a clear next step.
What You'll Get:

Learn the 3 principles that make conscious breathing (Pranayama) steadying (not stimulating) and follow a guided practice you can use anytime you need to recenter.

Two short rituals done from your bed to ground your start and close with a clear, calm mind, so your day starts calmer and you can fall asleep without mental looping.

A printable 28-day check-off tracker to make your reps visible and help you stay consistent and sustain excitement with your progress.

I built Regulation Rituals for the woman who can handle a lot, and is tired of paying for it with her body. You do not need hype. You need a repeatable set of practices that keeps your thinking online when the stakes are real.
My work blends rigorous study with lived practice, with respect for yogic lineage and a grounded science lens.
My edge is pattern recognition, from satellite imagery to emotional undercurrents, and translating what I see into simple reps you can actually do.
– Somatic Scientist, Holistic Health Expert, Yoga Therapist, and Pranayama Teacher in Rishiculture Gitananda Yoga tradition.
This is built for full schedules. Each week is a 10–15 minute lesson plus a guided practice you can repeat in 2–5 minute reps during your workday. Even a few reps a week makes a difference.
Simple is the point. Regulation works when it’s repeatable. This is for high performers who function under pressure, but want less internal static, less reactivity, and cleaner decisions without a life overhaul.
You’ll establish your baseline, test what works in real situations, and leave with a personal set of go-to practices. Most people notice faster recovery after intense days and more steadiness in pressure moments.
No. You need your phone and willingness to practice. Week 2 is breath. Starting Week 3, aroma is optional and can be coffee, citrus, or a spice jar. A $25 U.S. care kit is optional, not required.
Telegram is a mobile messaging app. I chose it to host this group program for 3 reasons:
1: Convenience or asynchronous correspondence (a centralized channel to check-in when it fits your schedule),
2: Security with end-to-end encryption, and
3: It's not owned by Meta. I will share a short video orientation to get the most out of the group.
You can post questions and reflections in Telegram, and I check in twice daily Monday–Friday. You’ll get guidance on what to use and how to apply it in real work moments.
Yes, you can still join! Even if you can’t make the Closing Circle, you will experience immense benefits from the regulation rituals. At this time, I do not plan to post a replay to keep the connection and circle private.
Check-ins, questions, and practice audio/videos will be in a private Telegram group chat during March 16 through April 13. Course videos and audios will live in ThriveCart Learn where you’ll have access to resources for a full year, until April 12, 2027.
