No. Every program and session is designed to meet you exactly where you are. No prior experience is needed. We often begin with conscious breathing to gauge your starting point.
I bring a Ph.D. in research with 40 years of lived experience managing Type 1 diabetes and formal training in conscious breathing (Pranayama) in the Gitananda yoga lineage. This is not generic wellness. It is bespoke (in 1-on-1) or personal (in group programs) support grounded in both science and tradition. My goal for clients and students is to bolster critical thinking, self-awareness, and discernment.

Yes, and I require my clients with chronic conditions to have a medical doctor for support. While my approach was developed through my own experience with Type 1 diabetes and is specifically relevant to anyone navigating energy, blood sugar, and metabolic wellness, I am not a medical doctor.
